Data deletion

You can delete your account and all related data yourself at any time:

• Sign in to plan.bar.
• Open “More” → “Account settings”.
• Choose “Delete account” and confirm.

The following is deleted immediately and permanently: your account, your profile and profile picture, your contacts, the events you created with all their content, photos and videos, and your participation in other people's events. A running subscription is cancelled.

If you can no longer sign in, email us from your account's email address at kontakt@plan.bar with the subject “Data deletion”. We delete your account within 30 days and confirm the deletion by email.

If you signed in with Facebook or Google, we only store your email address, your name and an identifier from the provider. This data is deleted together with your account.

You can also remove the connection to plan.bar on Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites → plan.bar → Remove. This does not delete your plan.bar account automatically; use one of the options above for that.

We and our payment provider Paddle keep invoice data for purchases for as long as required by law. Contributions to other people's events, such as comments or expense entries, remain visible to the other participants but are no longer linked to you.
