Yes! The Free plan is free forever and includes all basic modules. You can plan up to 2 active events with 25 participants each – ideal for smaller get-togethers and birthday parties.
No! Guests can join via an invitation link or QR code and take part straight away – no sign-up needed. Anyone who wants to can optionally create an account.
Simply share the event link via messenger or email, or show the QR code. Participants can join directly and take part in polls, tasks and more.
Yes. We rely on encryption, Row Level Security (RLS) and GDPR-compliant infrastructure in the EU. Your data belongs to you.
Both cover a single event: photos and videos, 2 GB storage, no ads, up to 100 participants. The Event Pass costs $9.99 and lasts 60 days. The Fest Pass costs $24.99 and keeps the gallery open for 12 months. Pro ($5.99 a month or $59 a year) covers all your events.
That event goes back to the Free scope: the smaller gallery and 20 MB of storage. Everything you already added stays saved. A pass you already paid for runs until the date stored at purchase.
At any time. The Pro plan can be cancelled monthly, with no minimum term. After cancelling, it continues until the end of the paid period.
plan.bar is available as a modern web app that works on any device. An iOS and Android app is planned.
